Special Report: Regener8 Resources has acquired a new tenement immediately adjacent to the high-grade polymetallic (gold-silver-zinc-lead-copper) Achilles discovery in NSW.
HIGHLIGHTS
R8R acquires new tenement adjacent to, and abutting Achilles discovery
Achilles returned drill intercepts of up to 5m at 16.9g/t gold, 1,667g/t silver, 0.4% copper and 15% lead and zinc
R8R planning high impact exploration strategy for the project
The tenement ELA6755 – or North Achilles – is adjacent to and abutting tenements held by Australian Gold and Copper (ASX:AGC) where approximately 2.2km south, the Achilles discovery was recently made.
This discovery displayed outstanding drill results including 5m at 16.9g/t gold, 1,667g/t silver, 0.4% copper and 15% lead and zinc.
This underexplored tenement is located in one of Australia’s exploration hotspots – the Cobar district – and provides commodity and geographic diversity to Regener8 Resources’ (ASX:R8R) portfolio of critical metal projects.
Cobar is well known for hosting outstanding high grade orebodies including Metals Acquisition’s (ASX:MAC) CSA copper mine, and Aurelia Metals’ (ASX:AMI) Peak and Hera polymetallic (gold-copper-silver-zinc-lead) mines.
